Board Member
Eutropia Benedict Mboya is an accomplished educator and dedicated advocate for young women’s empowerment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from St. Augustine University of Tanzani and has devoted her career for over a decade to mentoring and enabling young women to achieve social and economic independence.
Today Eutropia leads educational programs for a transformative organization that develops vocational skills and career planning for young women aged 18 to 21. In this capacity she works closely with the National Board of Vocational Education.
As a Board Member, she advises our management team on initiatives that promote the advancement and independence of underserved youth, particularly young women.
