Also a former EdPowerment sponsored student, Mary graduated from the Tanzanian Institute of Accountancy in Dar es Salaam with high honors in 2017 and completed her CPA in 2022.

In 2021 Mary became a Board Member of our Tanzanian NGO partner, Educational Empowerment Organization (EdPowerment). She subsequently took on the role of Finance and Administrative Manager until her relocating after oher marriage in 2022.

Today she continues to guide and advise our financial staff in processes that best support the organization's financial reporting and health. Her dedication, trustworthiness and talent have made her indispensable to our mission.
